The ELI Global Private Law Special Interest Group in Global Private Law was pleased to hold its first webinar on the challenges of harmonising property law, focusing on the case of digital assets.
The conversation was led by Prof Sjef VAN ERP (co-founder and former (sole) Vice-President of the European Law Institute; Head of the private law department at the University of Amsterdam).
