Intellectual Property Law SIG

The ELI Intellectual Property Law SIG was established in mid-2015. The SIG is currently chaired by Prof Irene Calboli and Prof Jacques de Werra (Director, Digital Law Center, University of Geneva)

The SIG plans to conduct activities on various facets of intellectual property law and policy (including copyright law, trademarks and unfair competition law, patent law, design law, the law of geographical indications, and trade secrets).
