The above constitutes the 2025 edition of the Journées de Droit de la Propriété Intellectuelle (JDPI) organised every year at the Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva. With presentations made both in English and in French, it aims to discuss different facets of trademark law in the digital world.
The Conference is open to the public, particularly to practicing lawyers, in-house counsel, trademark agents and people interested by trademark law in the digital environment.
Members of the ELI Intellectual Property Law SIG benefit from a full registration fee waiver. To take advantage of this, please confirm participation asap (and at the latest before 15 December 2024) by emailing jdpi@unige.ch and by indicating your intentions to participate in person or online.
ELI members (who are not members of the ELI IP SIG) can register online with a reduced registration fee (until 6 February 2025).
