Angelo Jr Golia

Dr. Angelo Jr Golia is Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Public Comparative Law and International Law of Heidelberg. His PhD dealt with the responsibility of transnational enterprises from the perspective of constitutional pluralism. He has been visiting scholar in academic institutions in France and US, and gave presentations at conferences held at the universities of Cambridge, Oxford, Washington and Helsinki.

His research interests and publications concern the relationship between legal theory and social sciences, the interaction between international and domestic law, legal and constitutional pluralism, and the judicialization of political processes. For more information, consult the website here.
