Begoña Flores González

Begoña Flores has a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid. She began her professional career at UNED as a scholarship recipient from the then Ministry of Education and Science in the training modality of university professors and research personnel (FPI). To complete her doctoral thesis, she carried out research stays at the Universities of Rome, Perugia and Bologna, financed by the Ministry of Education and Science, under the direction of prestigious Italian civil scientists. She obtained the degree of European Doctor of Law from UNED with the qualification of outstanding “cum laude” and obtained the first Extraordinary Doctorate Award.

Her scientific contributions have been developed fundamentally in the field of Real Rights, Obligation Law and Family Law. She is the author of two monographs published in the publishing house in the Registry Law notebook collection and of a good number of articles published in Impact Magazines. She has also participated in various teaching innovation projects. She is in possession of a six-year period of research. She is also a founding partner of IDADFE, Institute for the Development and Analysis of Family Law.

She is currently a PhD Contracted Professor in the Department of Civil Law at UNED. She is the secretary of the Master's Degree in Family Law and Inheritance Systems. She is also a tutor at the associated center in Madrid, Escuelas Pías subcenter, where she teaches the subjects of Civil Law II, Obligations, Civil Law III, Real Rights and Mortgage Law and Family Law, all of them for the Law degree. She is also a Law professor at UNED Senior.
