Association of Notaries of the Republic of Poland was founded in 1990. It is the only private, voluntary professional organization of Polish notaries. It represents 420+ members from Poland: practicing notaries and notaries-emeriti. The Association is a publisher of the leading Polish notarial journal (‘Rejent’) and a pioneer in digital solutions for ADR in Poland, being founder of the first Polish online arbitration court (Ultima Ratio) and of an online mediation platform.      

  The aims of the Association include:

• protection of the prestige and good reputation of the notarial profession,
• active participation in legislative process,
• improving professional qualifications of notaries,
• providing assistance and advice to individual notaries
• protection of the rights and interests of notaries in individual proceedings,
• integration of the notarial community,
• maintaining contacts with national and international legal organizations
• increase of legal awareness of the society.
