The Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic, established in January 2021, is the highest judicial authority in matters of administrative justice, responsible for ensuring the uniformity, legality, and consistency of decision-making within the administrative justice system. The Supreme Administrative Court is led by a President and supported by a Vice-President. Both are appointed and dismissed by the President of the Slovak Republic upon the proposal of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic. The Court is headquartered in Bratislava.
