The Supreme Court is the highest court in Montenegro with the seat in Podgorica, dealing with administrative, civil, criminal and economic matters.

Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court is to decide at third instance as provided by law; decide on extraordinary legal remedies against decisions of the courts in Montenegro; decide on legal remedies against decisions of its panel of judges; decide on transfer of territorial jurisdiction...etc., ensuring the uniform application of law and equal justice to all, as well as the international cooperation. President of the Supreme Court is Ms. Valentina Pavlicic.
