ELI is an Observer in the above project, jointly undertaken by UNIDROIT and the International Chamber of Commerce’s Institute of World Business Law (ICC Institute).
One of the areas of discussion the determination the extent to which and where future Principles and Contractual Recommendations depart from UNIDROIT’s Principles of International Commercial Contracts (UPICC). The fifth session of the WG will take place in Paris, from 2–4 April 2025.
