At its 50th session, UNCITRAL Working Group III advanced discussions on ISDS reform, particularly on procedural and cross-cutting issues. The Working Group set the agenda for its upcoming sessions, scheduling discussions on draft provisions 13–19 and articles 27–34 of the draft statute for April 2025, and a broader discussion on structuring a standing dispute resolution mechanism for the fall session.
