ELI Representatives Participate in UNIDROIT’s Fifth Session of the Digital Assets and Private Law Working Group

ELI President, Prof Dr Pascal Pichonnaz, ELI’s Scientific Director Prof Dr Christiane Wendehorst and ELI Executive Committee Member, Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballel, represented ELI at the UNIDROIT’s Fifth Session of the Digital Assets and Private Law Working Group, which took place from 7–9 March 2022.

The session was opened by Prof Hideki Kanda, who chaired it. Participants were also welcomed by UNIDROIT’s Secretary General, Ignacio Tirado.
