Participants discussed the progress made by the project’s two ad hoc working groups. Co-Reporter Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell, who is leading the first working group on Guiding Principles, discussed drafting options with participants. Co-Reporter Christoph Busch, who heads the second working group developing (future) use cases and scenarios in the context of algorithmic contracts, presented the progress of the working group.
Participants decided on forming four new working groups that will analyse the ‘algorithmic decision-making-readiness’ of existing and proposed EU legislation in the coming months, leading to the project’s first output in summer 2023.
