Meeting of the ELI-UNIDROIT Working Group on 'Structure' in Paris (France)

On 17 January, the ELI-UNIDROIT Working Group 'Structure' will meet in Paris (France) to discuss the incorporation of further parts of the principles of civil procedure, such as res judicata, and obligations of parties, lawyers and judges.
