ELI Opens 2025 Annual Conference Registration

22.09.2025

Join us in Vienna from 22–24 September for this year’s conference on the critical issues surrounding the environment and fundamental rights.

The European Law Institute’s Annual Conference serves as a platform for actionable proposals that shape ELI projects and address key legal challenges.

The European Law Institute’s Annual Conference represents one of the key avenues through which ELI projects gain invaluable critical input from its members and esteemed experts across various fields. Of ELI's fourteen ongoing initiatives, subsumed under three pillars, five are prominently featured this year, including Enterprise Foundations in Europe, Corporate Criminal Liability in the European Union, ELI Climate Justice – New Challenges for Law and Judges, Succession of Digital Assets, Data and other Digital Remains and Advance Choices for Future Disablement.

This year, critical issues surrounding the environment and fundamental rights will take center stage, with dedicated panels focusing on greening supply chains, environmental rights and green finance and investment.
