High Level Forum Meetings

On the completion of a project, extensive efforts are made to ensure output is appropriately disseminated, including though High Level Fora in which representatives from the EU, European Ministries of Justice, Supreme Courts and other stakeholders are convened for the purpose of learning more about the output and engaging in discourse about its implementation. ELI has organised the following HLEG meetings:

• 4 March 2024 – on EU Consumer Law and Automated Decision-Making
• 18 December 2023 – on the ELI Guiding Principles on Implementing Workers’ Right to Disconnect
• 13 June 2023 – on Mutual Admissibility of Evidence and Electronic Evidence in Criminal Proceedings in the EU
• 22 March 2023 – on the ELI Principles on Blockchain Technology, Smart Contracts and Consumer Protection
