Accommodation

Please find a list of accommodation options for participants of the 2022 ELI Annual Conference and Meetings below. The options were suggested by host of ELI’s Conference, the University Carlos III of Madrid. Please note that availability and prices may vary depending on the date of your booking.

You can make a reservation with the hotel directly or the Conference host will do it for you. In the latter case, please contact the ELI Secretariat with the following information: number of rooms required, type of room(s) (for single use or double occupancy), arrival and departure dates, preferred hotel(s) (feel free to submit several hotels in order of preference).

Once you have selected your preference, you will receive a payment invitation by email to complete the reservation.

Please note that there are many events taking place in September in Madrid. Therefore, you are advised to book your accommodation in advance.
