Digital Law SIG Hosts Panel at ELI 2024 Annual Conference in Dublin

On 11 October 2024 (14:45–16:15 GMT), the SIG will hosted a Panel on Algorithmic Contracting.

As part of the ELI project on algorithmic contracts, a group of researchers is currently exploring the challenges arising for consumer law by the use of AI-driven digital assistants in the various stages of the life-cycle of a consumer contract. The most recent findings of the project were presented by the ELI Reporters and discussed with representatives from academia and industry.
