As part of the ELI project on algorithmic contracts, a group of researchers is currently exploring the challenges arising for consumer law by the use of AI-driven digital assistants in the various stages of the life-cycle of a consumer contract. The most recent findings of the project were presented by the ELI Reporters and discussed with representatives from academia and industry.
